Our street name has changed!

Commerce Loop has been renamed Northcentral Way.

Northcentral Electric Power Association now has a physical address of 4600 Northcentral Way, Olive Branch, MS 38654. Our mailing address is still P.O. Box 405, Byhalia, MS 38611.

If you are using a gps to get to our office, you may need to use our old address of 4600 Commerce Loop until the new street name is recognized by satellite maps.

  • New Northcentral EPA Complex Open

    Northcentral EPA opened its new office complex located at 4600 Commerce Loop in Olive Branch on Tuesday, February 8, 2011. The office is located just east of Bethel Road and Highway 178 in the Fairhaven community. Directions from Highway 78 (I-22): Take the Bethel Road/Hacks Cross Road exit #6 and go north. Turn right at first street (Business Center Drive). Go past Flying J Truck Plaza entrance. Take first street to right (Commerce Loop). Northcentral EPA is at end of street. Directions from Highway 178 (Old Highway 78): Business Center Drive is about 1/4 mile east of Bethel Road/Hacks Cross Road and Highway 178 intersection. Turn south on Business Center Drive. Take first left on Commerce Loop. Northcentral EPA is at end of street. A night drop box is located at the drive-through for after hours payments. The former offices located in Byhalia at 225 Highway 309 South and in Olive Branch at 6820 Cockrum Street are permanently closed.

    Electric water heater rebates are available for installing a 30-gallon or larger electric water heater in your home. Lighting profiles for parking lots and business interiors are also available to commercial and industrial customers for safety and security purposes.
